Assistance League of Diablo Valley is a nonprofit member volunteer organization dedicated to improving lives in our community through hands-on programs. Members contribute more than 55,000 volunteer hours annually to research, develop, implement, and fully staff philanthropic programs that benefit infants, children, students, and the elderly; funded primarily by Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop in Lafayette, CA. We also rely on grants and donations. We value our donors and appreciate your interest in helping us to achieve our mission.

President's Report
Chris Noble
I hope you have been celebrating all the things that you have been doing this past year to make Assistance League of Diablo Valley outstanding. At our first regular meeting in September of 09, I talked and tried to sing a bit with a few of my friends on having everyone celebrate what they accomplish during the year. Celebrating should be a priority. We have many things to celebrate, to remember, to be proud of this past year. What I have seen is a remarkable group of women that put in countless hours of volunteer time to give back to our community through our various programs. Our thrift shop and our various committees also benefit from all the hours you dedicate to making them successful. I am full of pride and I do celebrate all of your accomplishments.
The only way to describe what you do would be in terms of superlatives. We are a thriving vibrant organization because of our members. The strength of our chapter comes from talented women like you, our Buena Vista Auxiliary and our Assisteens®.
